অথবা কোনো কারণ ছাড়াই পণ্যের মূল্য ফেরত নিতে পারবেন। এক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতাকে শধুমাত্র পন্যের ডেলিভারি চার্জটি দিতে
হবে।
২। ক্রেতা যদি চালের বস্তা খুলে দেখেন এবং চালটি অপছন্দনীয় হয় বা চালে কোনো ত্রুটি থাকে, তবে অবশ্যই পণ্যটি পাওয়ার
২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের অবহিত করতে হবে, আমরা পণ্যটি পাল্টিয়ে দিব বা ক্রেতা চাইলে দাম ফেরত নিতে পারবেন
অন্যথায়, ক্রেতার আবেদন অগ্রহণযোগ্য হবে। এক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতাকে শধুমাত্র পন্যের ডেলিভারি চার্জটি দিতে হবে।
৩। যদি ক্রেতার ভাত খাওয়ার পরে পছন্দ না হয়, তাহলে অবশ্যই পণ্যটি পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের অবহিত করতে
হবে, আমরা পণ্যটি বদলিয়ে দিব অথবা ক্রেতা চাইলে পণ্যের শুধু মাত্র ডেলিভারি চার্জ বাদ দিয়ে সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য ফেরত নিতে
পারবেন। চালের স্বাদ পরীক্ষা করার জন্য সর্বোচ্চ আধা কেজি পর্যন্ত ছাড় দেওয়া হবে, অন্যথায়, ক্রেতার আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য
হবে না।
